I recently stumbled across your blog ...Hi Nichole,

I recently stumbled across your blog in my journey to be more frugal. I have pretty much just thrown whatever I wanted into my cart paying no attention to the price, but this economy has forced me to change my wicked ways. I have a couple of questions about some things on your blog I am hoping you will have a moment to explain for me. 1. What is a redbox code? 2. It never occurred to me to shop at a Walgreens or CVS, I thought they were just pharmacies with over priced househould items in them. What is the ECB/RR programs? 3. I primarily shop at Costco for a few bulk items (fruit/paper goods/water) and Walmart the rest. Sometimes I am forced to Albertson's for vegetables and specialty items, that Walmart does not carry. In you expert frugal opinion how should I break down my shopping by stores? I have a Costco/Super Walmart/Albertson's/Smith's/Vons/Target/CVS & Walmart all within in 3-5 mile radius, so gas consumption is not an issue. I am single so I only need to buy for myself, but I am still spending about $400-$500 a month on groceries and house goods. I know it is alot, but any suggestions would be appreciated.
