Albertson's is now advertising for the Kraft Catalina/Rebate Promotion. Around the blogosphere there have been a lot of questions and confusion. For example, Kraft has said that they will only accept a rebate for with the items that are listed on the official grocery list from there website. Albertson's is advertising a few other items that are not part on the rebate list. (Example, Jello-O gelatin individual boxes). Also, there has been some confusion on whether of not the $5 catalina will print when you use coupons to make the total go below $25.00.

Just got home and mine worked like a dream. I bought $25 of the items printed in the Albertsons ad (I did not even cross check them with the Kraft website) and my $5 coupon and rebate printed at check-out.
FYI-- there are some awesome coupon booklets at Vons right now on their front displays of kraft/nabisco products that worked great with the sale at Albertsons! There is also an upcoming catalina for Velveeta Shells and cheese at Vons and Albertsons where you get $1 coupon for your next shopping trip when you buy 2 velveeta shells and cheese cups. To sweeten the deal, there are coupons on a velveeta shells and cheese cups display at the Alb. on Farm and Durango for buy 2 get 1 free. That could be fun!! (the display is by an endcap around the packaged meat/cheese area.)
I went bright and early on Wednesday morning and it worked like a dream for me. I purchased only items listed on Grocery Smarts as part of the promotion. It printed $5 and the form for the rebate just fine too.
I noticed there the problem with the Jell-o Puddings....is there is a small box which is NOT part of the rebate...but the bigger box which is on sale is part of the Rebate...So just be sure to grab the correct box.
I didn't use any coupons so I didn't have any problems EXCEPT the catalinas that printed as the $5 coupon and my rebate printed horribly. I can't make out the address for mailing the rebate. Can anyone help??? -Anne
